Although insects seem to be something too exotic and disgusting, insects are consumed by people in many parts of the world on a daily basis. Moreover, insects can be as tasty as chips but full of nutrients.

 

 

Bringing this exotic food to the western world is something challenging. The research shows that Londoners start to be aware of the facts that insects are edible. Crispy Crawlies targets to promote the edible insects as a daily protein snack along with sustainable banana leaves and recycled paper packaging design.
